In the light of today's further revelations on MP's expenses Lib Dem Parliamentary Candidate for Northampton North constituency, Andrew Simpson has published details on his website of his income as a candidate and a local councillor.

"Last year I published an 'Election Covenant' saying I would make clear if elected as MP what my income and expenses were and would not employ family members or friends and that also that my home would remain in Northampton."

"I have therefore today published details of the allowances I get as a local Councillor plus made clear how I support myself as a Parliamentary candidate."

"I will also make clear on my website details of any large donations that are made to my campaign."
